Clinical Supervision
I am an approved supervisor in the state of Tennessee for those seeking LPC-MHSP licensure.
My professional experience has encompassed a range of settings, including community mental health, home-based therapy, and private practices. Currently, I work with adult individuals with the following therapeutic concerns: mood disorders, relational health, grief, life transitions, eating disorders, and body image. I utilize the following primary modalities: Psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, Existential/Narrative, and Mindfulness-based therapies.
What to expect
Finding a supervisor who is a good fit for your clinical and professional needs is very important. We will connect on the phone and face-to-face to get to know each other and answer relevant questions to see if we would be a good fit working together and discuss next steps.
Model of Supervision
My model of supervision is an integrated developmental model with an emphasis on relational connection and development of the person of the therapist. When we meet for supervision sessions, I will provide observations and suggestions that take into account your past professional experiences and current skills as well as provide impressions of your strengths and potential areas of improvement.
We will explore 8 domains of clinical practice: intervention skills, assessment techniques, interpersonal assessment, client conceptualization, individual differences, treatment plans and goals, theorical orientation, and professional ethics.
Logistics & Costs
I offer both in-person and virtual supervision sessions which occur weekly (or as needed) to meet the suggested ratio of 1 hour of supervision per 10 client contact hours.
Supervision Fees:
$100 per 1 individual clinical supervision hour
$75 per 1 triadic (2 supervisees) clinical supervision hour
$50 per 1 group (2 or more supervisees) clinical supervision hour
